Quill Planner

Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quill Planner app for iPhone and the Quill Planner web workspace (together, the “Service”), provided by Quill Planner (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Quill Planner

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, such as a community association or management company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for activity in your account. Use a strong password and tell us promptly at jaramahofficial@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can use parts of the app on your iPhone without an account; that workspace stays on your device.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Quill Planner offers a free plan and an optional paid Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple account. The price is shown in the app and by Apple before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
  • Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its terms. We never receive your payment card details.
  • We may offer discounts, such as for students, nonprofits and community associations. Discounts are at our discretion and may require proof of eligibility.
  • Prices and plan features may change. Changes to a subscription price take effect only as permitted by Apple and after notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, plans, agendas and other content you add (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to sync it between your devices or to produce an assistant reply you ask for. You are responsible for having the right to add the content you add, including information about other people.

5. The assistant

Quill Planner’s assistant can suggest plans, agendas, schedule changes and answers. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong, so please review them. Calendar changes are shown as previews and are made only after you tap Apply. The assistant does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for that advice.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Service. For example, do not: break the law or violate anyone’s rights; upload malware or try to disrupt or overload the Service; try to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it; or use the Service to send spam or harass others.

7. Other services

The Service works with services from other companies, such as Apple (App Store, iCloud and device calendars), calendar accounts you add to your iPhone (for example Google or Microsoft), Supabase (account and data hosting), OpenAI (live assistant replies) and Vercel (web hosting). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

8. Changes and availability

We are continually improving Quill Planner and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Test and preview versions, such as TestFlight builds, may be incomplete.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing jaramahofficial@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must for legal reasons. Cancelling a subscription is done through Apple as described above.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important information and for the decisions you make using the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quill Planner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quill Planner is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
